Mr. Expert is lignosulphonate base water reducing cement/concrete admixture. The water reduction by Mr. Expert is typically eight to twelve percent. Uses: Mr. Expert is used as normal water reducing cement admixture. It is used for architectural concrete, general purpose ready mix concrete, concrete containing fly ash. The uses are unlimited.
